As a nationally ranked designer and NKBA 30 UNDER 30, Richard T. Anuszkiewicz joined the ABS staff in 2013 as Executive Director of the Kitchen and Bath / Casework Division. A graduate of Virginia Tech’s NKBA accredited Residential Design Program, Richard’s love for design has led him to public speaking at premier industry events including KBIS Las Vegas and Dwell on Design Los Angeles as well as keeping up with trends and technology traveling abroad to Salone del Mobile in Milan and The London Design Festival. He has been highlighted in high-profile publications, such as The Washington Post, The Editor At Large and HGTV.
Kylee joined the Alt Breeding Schwarz Architects team in 2016 as an Architectural Casework and Custom Kitchens Designer. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Residential Environments & Design, and was actively involved in her program and the surrounding community throughout her undergraduate career. During her senior year, Kylee was chosen by the National Kitchen and Bath Association to present the first student webinar for aspiring designers, helping to launch a successful enrichment program serving students and the industry.
A Senior Associate in the firm, Sarah Favrao’s primary focus is Concept Design and Design Development for residential projects. Coming from a family of architects and artists and growing up in a mid-century modern house, Sarah discovered her love of design at an early age. She earned a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia, with an emphasis on preservation and adaptive reuse. A stint in Italy studying Andrea Palladio cemented her lifelong respect for history and for the relationship of inside and outside spaces. She earned her MArch from Virginia Tech’s Alexandria Center. With over 30 years of experience in both large and small firms, she continues to delight in helping clients realize the homes that they imagine. In her off hours, Sarah is grateful for friends and family time, traveling with her architect husband, playing tennis, and gardening.
A Virginia native, McKenzie Moran joined Alt Breeding Schwarz Architects as a Graduate Architect in June of 2015 shortly after having completed a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Mississippi State University. While there, McKenzie was a member of the National Organization of Minority Architecture Students where she was an officer for a time allowing her to help raise awareness and bring positive attention to the architecture program on campus. Since relocating to Maryland she has enjoyed immersing herself in her new community by spending time outside of ABS volunteering as an active member of the Junior League of Annapolis.
William W. Williams, RA, LEED AP, BD&C has 31 years of commercial design experience. Twenty one of those years have been with Alt Breeding Schwarz Architects, starting with John Alt Scarlett Breeding Architects. Bill graduated from Clemson University with a Masters of Architecture. He is a licensed architect in Washington D.C (1989) and Maryland (1994). Bill is a lifelong resident of Annapolis.
